“On 23 April, 2019 the Centre for Ethics, Politics and Society (CEPS), a research centre based at the University of Minho’s Braga campus, hosted the first session of a series of workshops – UBIEXP Workshop Series: How can experiments feed into the theoretical justifications for an Unconditional Basic Income – which will take place across the country on the subject of pilot experiments for the implementation of an Unconditional Basic Income (UBI) – that is, a benefit granted to all citizens regardless of their level of wealth, household and employment situation.”
