International Congress Basic Income as a Tool for a Social Europe?

The Centre for Ethics, Politics and Society at the university of Minho, in partnership with the School of Law of the same university, the Secretary of State of European Affairs of the Portuguese Government, the Portuguese Basic Income Association, and the Forum Demos, are organizing a three day conference on the following topic: Basic Income as a Tool for a Social Europe?
