The Braga Meetings on Ethics and Political Philosophy is an annual event organised by the Centre for Ethics, Politics and Society (CEPS) at the University of Minho (Braga, Portugal). The Meetings have established in the last years a reputation for providing scholars with an excellent opportunity to present both advanced and exploratory work to a welcoming audience.

If you are interested in presenting your work in one or more of the CEPS panels, please submit an abstract no longer than 500 words along with five keywords and a short bio of maximum 300 words. The proposal must be submitted online through the event website using the abstract submission form. Please, ensure that you select the correct panel throughout the filling of the form. The deadline for submission is February 15th, and you will be notified of the decision by March 15th, 2026.
The Meetings also welcome the submission of panels organised by researchers who are not affiliated with CEPS. The panel organisers should submit the panel proposal and include all the talks on their panel. Each panel should consist of either 3 or 6 talks. If you plan to organize a panel between 6 and 9 talks, please contact us after submitting the form. If you are interested in organising a panel, we kindly request that you submit the panel description and all abstracts using the abstract submission form. Please, ensure that you select the correct panel throughout the filling of the form. The deadline for panel submissions is February 15th. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 15th, 2026.
