Agostino Cera, PhD in philosophy at the University of Naples “Federico II” – works as an associate professor of theoretical philosophy at the Dipartimento di Studi Umanistici of the University of Ferrara (Italy).

His research interests include late 19th- and early 20th-century German philosophy (Löwith, Heidegger, Anders, Nietzsche), philosophical anthropology, philosophy of technology, philosophy of cinema, and, more recently, the Anthropocene. His most recent book is: A Philosophical Journey into the Anthropocene: Discovering “Terra Incognita”(2023).
