Technological developments and work-related domination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, assistimos a v\u00e1rias mudan\u00e7as que tiveram um impacto significativo tanto nos mercados de trabalho como nos ambientes de trabalho. Muitas destas mudan\u00e7as resultaram n\u00e3o s\u00f3 da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, mas tamb\u00e9m da altera\u00e7\u00e3o das normas e prefer\u00eancias em torno do trabalho, resultante da experi\u00eancia com a pandemia da COVID-19. Estas altera\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser agrupadas em torno de dois temas principais: (1) altera\u00e7\u00f5es na oferta e na procura de m\u00e3o de obra; (2) altera\u00e7\u00f5es no local de trabalho e nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas com o trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Para compreender como podemos enfrentar estes desafios, o nosso workshop pretende abordar esta quest\u00e3o, centrando-se nas seguintes quest\u00f5es relacionadas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quais s\u00e3o as principais mudan\u00e7as no local de trabalho que vale a pena considerar? O que \u00e9 que (se \u00e9 que) \u00e9 problem\u00e1tico nestas mudan\u00e7as?<\/li>\n<li>Como \u00e9 que estes desenvolvimentos tecnol\u00f3gicos afectam a liberdade dos trabalhadores? Podem esses desenvolvimentos contribuir para uma sociedade mais igualit\u00e1ria &#8211; e, em caso afirmativo, como?<\/li>\n<li>Tendo em conta os recentes desenvolvimentos, como \u00e9 que o poder no local de trabalho est\u00e1 distribu\u00eddo? Em que medida \u00e9 que estas mudan\u00e7as contribuem para (des)capacitar os trabalhadores?<\/li>\n<li>Que tipo de domina\u00e7\u00e3o (se \u00e9 que existe) est\u00e1 em causa? Est\u00e1 relacionada com a estrutura econ\u00f3mica? Ou \u00e0 falta de recursos dos indiv\u00edduos que os obriga a aceitar m\u00e1s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho?<\/li>\n<li>Como podemos considerar os casos de domina\u00e7\u00e3o quando se trata de desenvolvimentos tecnol\u00f3gicos? Quem \u00e9 dominado e quem \u00e9 o dominador?
