In this session the following article will be discussed: Property-owning democracy, market socialism and workplace democracy (2021). Christian Neuh\u00e4user, our invited speaker, will make a brief presentation of the main ideas of his paper which will be followed by a reply by Louis Mosar and a debate with the participants.<\/p>\n<p><b>Christian Neuh\u00e4user (speaker):<\/b> Christian Neuh\u00e4user (*1977) is Professor of Political Philosophy at TU Dortmund University. His re-search focuses on theories of dignity, theories of responsibility, philosophy of economics and philosophy of international relations. He is a member of the Green Academy and editor of the Journal for Business, Economics &amp; Ethics. He studied Philosophy, Sinology and Sociology in G\u00f6ttingen, Berlin and Hong Kong and received his Ph.D. from the University of Potsdam with a thesis on \u201cCorporations as Moral Actors\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><b>Discussant: Louis Mosar<\/b> is a PhD researcher at the RIPPLE research group (KU Leuven). Since November 2020 he has been working on his Research Foundation \u2013 Flanders (FWO) funded PhD project about (neo)republicanism and domination in the market.
